Telus Sales person here are totally unprofessional donot want to sell Telus prepaid mobile Sim number but offering other company sim. Yoni T. Idiot employee is such slacker that Simply say no to new customer that no prepaid telus sim is sold here. When asked to Internet shows Sims are sold here but tells to buy another competitor mobile company sim while getting pay from telus. Why company hires such cheaters . Such a pathetic customer dealing of this idiot employee . I bought Roger Sim as this telus employee not interested in selling but showing arrogance like.... pathetic experience .This employee Yoni t. is having some RACISM issues doesn't know how to behave it weird. Not Recommended for visiting this store.

My wife and I planned to upgrade our phones and he helped us a lot.
His thorough knowledge and attentive customer service made the entire process smooth and efficient. I believe he truly deserves recognition and promotion within the company.

If you want great service see Yoni! This guy has great customer service and can multitask like a pro! Telus needs to give this guy a pay raise! He was able to quickly resolve my issue today.

Dealt with Jas at the Telus store in the Sevenoaks mall in Abbotsford and he was very helpful, nice and easy to deal with. We switched all of our phones over because he made the process super simple, quick and got us the best deal! Highly recommend this location and make sure you ask for Jas!

Nothing like going to a store to get a product they advertise only to be told for the millionth time about a product or service “ sorry that can only be done/purchased online”

Yonatan T has provided the worst service ever! Not only that he offered the equipments to be delivered in 2 to 3 days, it is 10 days now and finally arrived the incomplete equipment. The worst part is he doesn’t answer the phone at all!Just be responsible with your job
