Love dealing with the Clearwest store in Abbotsford. Always very helpful staff, and if they don't have what you need, they will do everything they can to get it in for you. Tony went above and beyond to get me on a brand new phone within an hour of my old one breaking (through no fault of Telus or Clearwest). Dealt with them for years, and will continue to do so.

Destiny is amazing! She took the arduous process of upgrading 2 phones and a transfer of phone number ownership and made it easy and seamless. I hate upgrading and avoid it for 5 years at s time until I cannot use my phones. We will make her store our go to now.
