Miranda was incredibly helpful and able to troubleshoot a sim card issue quickly and efficiently. She had great product and industry knowledge and was able to answer questions around anything I asked.
I tend to have a lot of unnecessary issues with communications providers so I was grateful everything was less than 15 minutes in and out to deal with.
Other staff were also really chill and good to talk to.
