I went to pick up my online order and the lady that helped me was super sweet and attentive , I'm thinking she was the manager there . She was very welcoming and had such nice customer service . She offered my daughter stickers and gave her a colouring sheet .
What a nice experience :)

Harleen is really helpful in picking the right colour for my wife's dress with jewelry, bag etc and they have nice selection of night/party dresses!

Great friendly service, they were very helpful. We were shopping for wedding outfits at the Abbotsford location, they went above and beyond helping us. Great job ladies, we will be back.

Initially, I thought this store was for older women. One day I just decided to go in to look for a bday gift for my grandma and was shocked by the wide selection! They cater to all ages from teenagers to seniors. The staff there is absolutely lovely! Very helpful and social. It makes my day talking to them. I make it a habit now to buy one piece every weekend. Love this store

I went this store at noon today, 2 kids were crazy running and giggling the store, no parents asked them stopped. It's not safe for all customers and kids. And one staff told me I can got in any fit room that curtain was open. When I closed my curtain and tried my new skort in the fit room, one woman opened the curtain and said I was there.. and no said any sorry to me. Her husband was even standed beside her.. I told staff and she said she can't do anything... is it means I won't go back this store again or owner should training all staff again,? Do customers have no any privacy in the fit room?

Ordered almost $200 with of items to be delivered to the store its almost 4 weeks later and received no notification of delivery. Abbotsford store never answers when I call to check. Not HAPPY

I don't know why this store has a phone because whenever I call they never pick up the phone , I went there 3 times to return online stuff and their customer service was worst ,everytime they don't helped me by giving stupid reasonsThis store needs to change staff ....

I didn't catch the names of the ladies who helped me, but all three were lovely. I came in looking for a Christmas party dress, found some myself and almost left, not liking what I tried on. One of the ladies, ( she has blonde hair and glasses) caught me as I came out of the change room and suggested three other styles, I didn't grab one she suggested but I'm glad for her direction, I did find one I liked on that second round. Another lady, with long dark hair stopped to admire the dress I chose and helped me choose a leather jacket to accessorise with it. She was very friendly and helpful as well! And the lady who rung me at the till was so happy and wonderful to end to end my shopping experience with. Thank you to you all for making me feel special and to help me. I hate shopping but this was not a bad experience at all!

I bought 2 iteams today. One 30% off and another one regular not on sale. She doesn’t tell me can’t return when I pay cash. everyone store always tell me that before. when i saw the prices regular not have 30% off, I just say: can I return a regular one cause I though both it’ 30% off. She said: can’t for paid cash, and when I ask again she said can’t return for regular price. That ok, I can got 2,but she not to happy when I ask, I was to say sorry with her because I not understand this is the first time I have this problem, but she don’t wan’t to help me, but it’s not my fault. And another lady of staff, she laughing on me, so rude. i never comeback again.

They have a terrible policy set in place. You cant try the outfits on and if you need to return no refund just a store credit. I understand with covid the change rooms are closed but not providing refund and no option to try it on is very unreasonable. Other retailers like H&M have their change rooms closed but are providing refunds id rather support those shops.
