Iordered for a veggie patty sub and its so delicious. The staff is very polite and professional and give very good customer service. The washroom and dining area is well clean. Prefer my friends and family to visit this location.

Criminal location I got charged more than the sandwichesI ordered subway stole and lied to me and didn't get the sandwich ordered. Crooks own this subway what a shame I got ripped off.

Not great, everything was soggy and not fresh what so ever. chicken was slimy and had an odd smell, made me dry heave. Manager did refund for the awful food. Been multiple times and every time we visit it gets worst.

Don't go to this subway, they don't care. They gave us crackers that expired in 2021. Their soda machine didn't have ice tea and the pop sprayed everywhere.

Typical food court atmosphere. The staff was fantastic at dealing with the lunch time rush and handling multiple orders at the same time. They were friendly, if overwhelmed, and ensured each order was made to the tastes of each customer.

Eat fresh? The tomatoes had mould on them, and the spinach was wet and wilted. The women worker was very kind, but that didn’t make up for the poor quality.

Bathroom (one out of service) is disgusting. Fecal matter splattered everywhere. Sign above sink says employees must watch hands (crossed out and written wash) but there's no soap and no paper towel.Then we get charged $30 for 2 six inch subs. Nothing fancy, ordered off the board. Extra meat charge for the regular amount of meat. We'll stick to the subways in Chilliwack.Looking at the reviews, most are one star for this location. The few 5 star reviews, the reviewers all have only 2-3 reviews and all have similar names. Most be the owners friends.

Not my first negative experience here. I hate giving a poor review. I eat subway everywhere and this is the worst one. The prices are $2-3 higher PER ITEM than other subways in the area. That adds up when you feed a family. Had to repeat what kind of sandwiches we wanted 6 times. Said I wanted a kids meal and the confusion over ringing us in costed ADDITIONAL 10 minutes and a phone call to the owner (I didn’t complain or ask for any discount so not sure why the call to the owner was needed). They put the lettuce on one side of the sandwich and stack the tomatoes instead of laying them out???They don’t have the applesauce we paid for and told us afterwords. Pop machine broken. Not coming here again. Cookies are hard and stale. I’ve already seen a defensive reply email in someone elses review, so before you get defensive and say “I don’t know why you’re complaining” just dont bother. I’ve bought my party trays from here in the past and I’ll be taking it elsewhere.

Went to go pick up a mobile order and everything on the order was incorrect. The place was dead empty and had no one inside yet they still couldn’t get the order correct or atleast fill the sub with something other than lettuce.

Very disatisfied and will go to any other Subway but not this one again.Ordered my usually sub - Turkey Bacon - with light mayo -Girl behind the counter starts to put regular mayo and I stop her and ask for light mayo again - they inform me there is no differnce between light and regular mayo and continue to argue that it is the same. I ask them why they have a bottle labelled "Light Mayo" and another "Mayo" in the sauce container if there is not difference? This is when I am told the "Light Mayo is empty"When I let the location owner know that this is an issue - the email response I recieved was less than flaterring or professional. As you can read below:Honestly a simple apology would have kept a customer.Subject: Your recent Subway® ExperienceDear LOUISE HODGE,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience.I don't know why are you complaining about. I never put three girls on schedule. Even we never keep light mayo bottle at front and on top its discounted. Some customer says put light mayo, don't put much. If you go to some other store, staff would think you might ask for 1 or 2 strips of mayo. Because staff thinks light mayo means less mayo . We dont have option of light mayo. Third thing, we bake our cookies in morning. So I checked my cameras, we got fresh cookies. You might complaining about our store instead where you got service. I apologize your did not meet your expectation. Came here & ordered my usual for me & my signifact other, Was charged $39.50+.Foot long pizza sub & foot long turkey on website is 9.50. Charged 12.99 & 11.99 on each, Add ham & salami on pizza sub, originally 2.00. Charged 3.50 each.Both sandwhiches tasted quite bad after!Back in Chilliwack, same exact sandwhich/meal combo is under $30.What a Rip off.

Bought a sidekick sandwich just now, got 1km down the road and noticed that it was covered in mold on the bottom. Ate half of it before I noticed. Pretty light on the toppings for the footlong steak sandwich we got as well.

Tried to order an extra serving of meat on the side with our sandwhiches for our baby, they wouldn't let us. Service is no good.
