Had the best experience here! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I spent so long in the store, trying on so many pairs of shoes and the salesperson stayed with me the whole time, listening to my needs and getting excited to help me find the right runners. Very happy with the pair I ended up with and I will definitely be back!

I went into see if I could find a pair of comfortable shoes for my flat feet (plantar fasciitis), and Rhonda was extremely helpful in giving me recommendations. They didn't have the right size/fit for me today, but I would definitely come back to this store!

I came to the store just looking for a shoe to get me out of my running funk. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about running or the footwear i was looking for but she gave it her all finding blogs and info on the computer and really helped me. I appreciated her effort and I walked out with a pair of hoka atr 6 which have become my absolute favourite and never thought I'd own a pair of hoka. Thanks!

Need to fire Allison at this location. I walked in with my wife and this staff member was not wearing a mask herself. As we walked in, I was taking a sip of my coffee. She asked me if I have a mask, I said yes. She asked me to put it on, and so I did. I then calmly mentioned to her that the mandate says that if someone is taking a drink, their mask is allowed to be off for that drink and remains on when not drinking and that we just walked in the door. She then begins telling me to get out of her store. I asked why and she began arguing and telling me she's just doing her job. I told her that I listened to her and put the mask on like she requested and just because she didn't like that me mentioning the drinking thing, she kept telling me to get out. I told her how is she going to tell me to leave for walking in for a second with mask off, but she wasn't wearing one at all. She started giving me attitude and saying to report her then and gave the managers card to my wife as I left. She then began telling my wife to get out as well and she said that she didn't even do anything and didn't have a drink and had mask on whole time. Eventually she let her stay in while just staring me down the entire time I was outside waiting. I walked back in the get the card which she allowed and I asked for her name for the manager and she refused to provide it by ignoring me. Told her how unprofessional she was and left the store. Will never return to this store again. I had to call the store to find out her name when she answered the phone.
