“Went here for the first time to use their self-serve wash stations. Everything was very clean and tidy and shampoo, towels, brushes etc were laid out nicely. There was even a bow of small treats. (I've never used a dog wash station before lol) The girls working there were friendly and great, gave us a tour etc. will definitely be returning!”

I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and we're more than willing to help pick out a toy for her that she would enjoy. “Knowledgeable and kind staff. We have bought 3 hamsters from them over the years and they were so well socialized! They handle them regularly and offer lots of information. Our kids loved being able to play with their hamsters and didn’t have to go through any process of taming them like most have to buying from big box stores.
I also have utilized them for a lot of supplies when I had a turtle and they were beyond helpful.
They know their stuff and go above and beyond to help you”

“It was very upsetting but not because of the store it was an awesome trip where my friend adopted a puppy the upsetting part as that when we were there i saw the most loving cute chill and handsome cat ever his name was Rupert sadly Rupert apparently lived there witch seems kinda sad to me but maybe that was the only option in the future i hope that i will find myself a Rupert just like him cuase if i ever did find an adoptable cat like him he would be mine sadly i couldn’t take him home but great experience there”
