Knowledgeable and kind staff. We have bought 3 hamsters from them over the years and they were so well socialized! They handle them regularly and offer lots of information. Our kids loved being able to play with their hamsters and didn’t have to go through any process of taming them like most have to buying from big box stores.
I also have utilized them for a lot of supplies when I had a turtle and they were beyond helpful.
They know their stuff and go above and beyond to help you

This is a great local pet shop! The staff here are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. I've been coming here for over 10 years since I moved here, and have never had a bad experience.

A great small shop. The owner always goes out of his way for my son who’s autistic and loves coming here. He’s given us a lot of knowledge about different insects and things that my son is into. I think it’s important to support these smaller places. Otherwise all we will be left with is pet lovers. I think it’s good to remember that the smaller businesses don’t make a lot of money. Think about that when you’re giving them a one star review and head on over to pet lovers if you’d like a fancy showroom.
