I have made a purchase today and it was a real pleasure shopping at People's. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I was even offered to have my rings cleaned free of charge, which was a nice gesture on behalf of the staff. Thank you!

People’s Jewellers sold me a lifetime warranty 17 years ago for my wedding set, which I have been using for resizing, cleaning and repairs with no issues until this year. I have the lifetime warranty paperwork in my name with my ring codes, and signed inspections from the staff spanning over 17 years. This year, they claim their system now shows a 2 year warranty was purchased 17 years ago, and will not honour my lifetime warranty. I explained repeatedly that I purchased and received a lifetime warranty 17 years ago, an employee/computer input error should not be my problem, and they pretty much told me to take a hike.

My fiance bought a Vera Wang engagement ring last August and we have had 4 separate stones fall out. The first was within 3 months of owning it and the last was within 2 weeks of the 3rd repair. We do not want to own this ring as it has brought nothing but disappointment and want our money back for a faulty product but apparently our only options are to either spend double to money to get a new ring or get the same faulty brand as a replacement and neither of those options are acceptable.

I was dropping off my ring for a warranty repair and had the pleasure of being looked after by Khenjod. Very efficient, personable service. The work was done in the promised amount of time and I was helped by Eva during the pick up of my jewelry. She was able to answer all my questions regarding my warranty. I’ll definitely return for future purchases due to the good service provided.

My son gave me a BULOVA watch as gift for Father’s Day. I use it for one week and and a pin on the bracelet came off. I went to ask them to fix it and they told me that they can't fix it and that they can't change the watch because it's missing the pin!! Terrible customer service, they make the brand look bad!!
