The owner is down to earth person and is ready to help in every possible way. The customer for him is god and that's how the service is provided. I would wish that he starts accepting the parcels for UPS as well as the one in Abbotsford (32465 South Fraser Way #4, Abbotsford, BC V2T 0C7) is the worst ever Depot i have seen.

This is BEST customer service and very considerate and their best for FAST shipments. Go to Wasim, he’s the BEST. He has never failed, we came here more than twice for overnight shipment and they’re sent and receive just like Wasim confirmed. 5-stars!!!! ?

Very quick Interaction. I had a drop off of returns and the gentlemen gave clear directions. Very organized inside.The only issue I noticed is that parking is both right and no space to go around. I had to back onto the street which is very dangerous. I'd recommend if you are in a hurry.

These guys were great! My package said it was delivered but it wasn't in their system yet. They could have easily told me to come back tomorrow as has happened with multiple other package pick-up places. However, the guy who was helping me was dedicated on finding this package. He manually typed in my tracking code, searched through all the packages in the back, and even when he couldn't find it and I told him I could come back tomorrow he assured me he would find it and got his coworker to help look. In the end they ended up finding it! Especially around this crazy time of the year, they were wonderful.

We had a great experience at Packaging Depot today with Waseem. It started with a phone call asking about how it worked to ship a small package. Over the phone, he was very happy to patiently answer all our questions, giving clear details. Then, when we got to the shop, he was available to get our package prepped and ready to go. It was fun to see a family business run well, with a focus on the customer. Thanks so much, Waseem. I'll make sure to let other people know of the great service we had today!

I am so thankful for the kindness and help of the people running this shop. Upon stepping in with 2 very poorly (and incorrectly) wrapped packages, the manager of the store was very quick to get me sorted and was very patient along the way.I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to ship going forward. It was a huge relief to have their coaching.

Arshad H.- the agent, is a perfect gentleman, most polite, very thoughtfully informative and will assist you on every step/aspect of the courier service process! I almost felt I had a spa treatment experience instead of a regular courier transaction! This man is courteous and kindly beyond the call of duty! I say: FIVE stars!!!
