Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a new vehicle and had to phone repeatedly to get updates as to the status of the vehicle, with no communication from the dealership. Vehicle was delayed repeatedly without letting me know. Had to contact them first to find out any details. Vehicle shipped without all of the extras ordered and then was told that they have no idea how long it would take to get them.
Sales rep told me they did me a favour by giving me the vehicle without the extras I ordered as they wanted to give it to me asap. Absolutely no accountability and expect the customer to take all of the liability. Made an empty gesture of offering to buy back the vehicle leaving me with no car which is not an option.
Vehicle also shipped without the front license plate bracket and was told it would take 45min to fit the bracket after waiting 3 weeks for the part.
Blame gets shifted from one department to the next with no clear line of communication and accountability.

Crooks. Waste of time. Paid $150 for 3 days of storage and half tank of gas. Had a problem with my brakes, gm held my truck for 3 days and never sourced the problem. Charged me 150 to drive my truck and pump gas. Highway robbery. Go somewhere else

I recently bought a truck and I always like to take my vehicles to the dealership because I believe dealerships provide good service. I have made two appointments to the shop and each time The service people have only called me to recommend replacing things and they're not actual mechanics with an effort to try to fix anything. The first time I was quoted to replace my mirror at roughly $1,300 I took it to another mechanic they brushed the dirt out of the mirror and the mechanical system was working just fine and did not need replacement. The second appointment I raised concern with the salesperson I went there for an alarm issue The salesperson advised that the codes are giving an error that a component needs to be replaced when I research the issue online it is a very common symptom on my truck for the alarm sensor to be dirty and you can most likely just clean it rather than replace it. So far since cleaning my sensor I have not had to replace it and the truck is working fine again. I have paid over 500 with multiple inspections and their answer has so far been wrong every single time. Moreover if you request a drive home do not rely on the drive home service My appointment was at 8:30 to 9:00 in the morning the drive home service got me home by 11:00. Although I trust dealerships I do not trust the dealership they are only in it for their commission sales and they are instructed to top sell not to do what's in the interest of their clients

Never again. SUPER expensive. We already had the code from another location and said it would maybe save us $50 if I brought it along, so the charged for price for a re-diagnosis. Took them 3hrs to fix a programing problem that only a dealership can fix. Cost way more than it should have. It's a known issue for GM as a service notice but we still had to pay because it wasn't a recall. 2 other people left saying "I'm going to Chilliwack from now on".
I will not be returning, I'll drive the extra time to go to Langley or Chilliwack.
Another side story
Several years back we bought a car from here and I didn't like it then due to the extreme lack of respect I was given. I was pregnant and the sales guy tried to put me in the back seat for the test drive. He wouldn't answer my questions to the point my husband has to ask for me. But this was a while back, really hope they have gotten less disrespectful workers since, but I will be honest I'll never find out because, as mentioned, won't go back.
Postives: comfortable couches, clean bathroom.
Negative: place is very loud and echoes

Chevy sold me a truck that only ran for 10k miles. Brand new duramax. Had a transmission valve issue At 13k . Had been sitting at dealership for 3 months waiting for parts. When it finally got fixed it only made it 10 minutes down the road before it broke again same issue. Chevy Customer service is a waste of time. I would highly recommend another Vehicle Company. The way they handled our issues is embarrassing!!! 2023 2500 duramax is junk!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle, with Jasbir ("JB") as the sales rep and Cam, the used vehicle sales manager. This was a very good buying experience. I was treated professionally and courteously throughout the transaction; I was never rushed or pressured, and was made to feel respected and valued as a customer. One never knows what cards a dealer is holding; the best you can hope for is a deal that makes sense to both sides. What makes the difference is how you feel at the end of the transaction. I'd have no hesitation in recommending JB at Murray GM in Abbotsford.

I had a warranty repair job completed by the service team at this location. My warranty was through a third party company and I had purchased my vehicle at a dealership that was not GM. Ryan from service was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the process very simple. I appreciate the support and care given in my unfortunate situation.

I bought my new ev from them and I don't recommend this dealership for any service they sold me a tire/rim protection for about 3000$ and today I had a flat tire and I brought the car them and Brad was my service advisor first of all the customer service is 0 he told me they can't do repairs on my tires which are like 40% and said you need to buy new tires,and he told me he couldn't find the leak .when I brought my car both front tires were completely flat so how there is no leak right now,does the car healed itself??I asked him for warranty for my rims and he said he needs to call a guy to fix it and he said It will take 2 to 3 days which doesn't make sense I have a same warranty though Audi and last time I went there it took them 2 hours to fix my rims through warranty again same global warranty in my second car but Brad was saying it takes days,very disappointing I guess I need to start to bring my chevy to different dealership rather than this one

Found a great truck and drove it off the lot that day.
They worked with me and my budget to get me into the truck. Gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I was not disappointed.
Had to GO to a different dealer first and they seemed to be working against me and not with me.
Really great experience at Murray GM-Abbotsford and dealing with Wayne and his team.
This isn't the first vehicle I got from here. Many many years ago, when the kids were baby's we pick up a Chevy Tahoe which served us well for many years.
Thanks again guys.
I'll see you when it's time to get another vehicle.
