I was greeted by an older gentleman at the door that tried to assist me in finding a suit for a wedding. He needs to learn how to use the correct words being a sales representative. He flat out said "Your shoulder is "messed up" and these suits won't fit you". Really?? That's odd I have a lot of suits that fit me and I can tell he couldn't find anything for me and eventually a younger lady came I believe her name was Nav and she was great because in literally less than a minute she found 2 suits that not only perfectly fit me but looked really good as well. ALL while the older guy watched and he just walked away. Embarrassing.

Excellent customer service. Shoutout to Ishitha for helping me out. She was really helpful when I asked for suggestions of shirts to go with the dress pants i got and shes definitely good at upselling. Kudos to her and keep up the good service. Will definitely be back.

Initially I was rating this on my experience when getting a suit for my wedding. My suit did not fit which I had voiced my concern at the fitting appointment after my initial visit. So I was forced to wear a suit that did not fit properly to my wedding.
Fast forward to today I go in for an appointment to get a suit for my brother's wedding. The lady was less than helpful and kept running around helping others customers in the middle of my appointment instead of answering my questions or giving me feedback. She seemed too busy even though I showed up to MY appointment on time. Will be going to a different location. Learn how to treat your customers.

Absolutely wonderful service! Brought my son in for a suit for his graduation and they were so kind and patient. Really took the time to help him find the fit and style he was looking for without any pressure to buy. Very impressed!

Went to Moore's Abbotsford yesterday on April 9,2024 to shop for a suit. This was the best service by Mr Rishi Vasudeva.I recommend anybody to shop at the location. I give 10 stars not 5!!

We popped in yesterday to look for a specific sweater for my husband and were greeted promptly by a friendly lady, Deep. She was a huge help and we ended up purchasing much more than we intended (much to my husband's chagrin, lol) and were blown away by the fabulous service she provided! Highly recommend, and are grateful for being treated so kindly by Deep!
