“1st off I'm just gonna say I've been a Fido customer for a long time and I've been going to a different store that I'm not going to name for a while thinking it was my store.I went looking around for the Samsung flipZ 4, the only place that had it was wireless wave. So I was literally forced to go there to buy my phone.The customer service and the gentlemans that helped me and my wife get us into a plan was the most informed person that I've ever dealt with , dealing with phones and plans. They helped us save money $600 on our plan and the phone. They were knowledgeable very polite and super super helpful getting around and navigating the whole phone plan situation to where we also save money in 16 months on our phone plan protection thank you so much for the great service!!!!!!! You guys our are new spot. Thxs eh!!!!”
