needed a new rear wiper blade which I'd been having trouble finding. Eric Sutton at Lordco SFW Abbotsford not only ordered it in and received it the SAME DAY, he installed it for me upon pickup ! absolutely amazing service!! thank you Eric!

On September 11, 2023 I stopped at this location to pick up an item. The young male working behind the parts counter greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance in finding the product that I was looking for, within a couple of minutes of walking into the store. He showed me the product and explained the difference between my two options, and then rang it up and also did the payment at the cashier desk. Very friendly, knowledgeable service.I then hopped into my car to leave, only to find out that my starter had decided to stop working, so I called for a tow truck to tow my van to the repair shop. However, I had parked adjacent to the front doors, which meant my van needed to be pushed out of its space and then turned in a different direction to be picked up by the Stinger on the tow truck. So as the tow truck driver was pushing my van, I was trying to turn the wheel which was difficult without the usual power steering.The female driver of the Lordco parts vehicle returned from her deliveries, saw our predicament, hopped out of her car and helped push the van which aided in being able to turn the steering wheel.Considering there were several construction workers very nearby who could have assisted, it speaks volumes of the type of employees that Lordco hirers as both individuals were extremely helpful.Thank you to both of you for being so helpful.
