I absolutely love this store. I went in a couple of days ago for a simple tail light bulb ($3.99) and I could not believe the efficiency and kindness I received by a gentleman named Steve in the parts department. Steve walked me out to the parking lot and changed the bulb for me. It felt like I received a miracle that day. Thank you Lordco and your wonderful staff.

The Sales Associate was Knowledgeable , Fast and Courteous. My Partner was quite impressed too and said they are always the Best.
On a hot hot day , we enjoyed Watermelon while fixing the Truck ????????????

It's almost like Lordco actively tries to be the worst parts store. On top of the ridiculous markups, they OFTEN do not have listing's for very common parts, frankly its laughable. Lordco is ALWAYS the last call because of their lack of parts listing's, makes repairing older vehicles a true PITA.

Lordco clearbrook is the only place around with the part I need.
Go in ask for part, give the description as the computer asks "we don't have it".
Call hope store ask for part, give the same description, they tell me clear brook has it in stock and gives me the part number.
Ask for that part number and magically they have it.
Why do i constantly have to do your job for you!
Parts "technician" can't even look up the proper parts when the computer guides you through it all.
Absolutely pathetic.
