I am totally disappointed with LD. I bought a laser printer a few years ago that I wasn't able to start using it up to now because of health complications. I was told by the salesperson the printer is wireless. However while trying to setup wireless the printer has no such capacity. It's to bad that I can't returned it because if I could I would returned right now and go some place else that their employees don't mislead such important info just so they can make a sale. Now I will need to spend more money to get what I was looking for when I bought this printer. I used to think that LD had a high standards for many years, now I know how delusional and tricked I've been.

I had the most wonderful experience with the Photolab at the London Drugs in Abbotsford today (store #16). I sent in photos to be made into folding cards just the other day and called this morning to check on the status of my order. I NEEDED it today, but knew it was on the early end of their turn around timeline. I spoke with a woman named Michelle, who, with the other staff in the photo lab, ensured they completed my order today for pick up! She was so kind and lovely on the phone and she ABSOLUTELY made my day! Thank you!

Electronic Department - Camera Shopping**
Today, I had an unsatisfactory experience at the electronic department of London Drugs while shopping for a camera. Initially, I was eager to purchase a brand new camera, but the staff's approach left much to be desired.
The salesperson attempted to sell me a demo camera without disclosing that it was a used unit, which was quite misleading. It felt as if he didn't really want to assist me in making a purchase, which was disheartening.
Additionally, when the department manager approached us, I was taken aback by the unnecessary questions about why I was buying the camera and whether I already owned one. As a customer, I believe that if someone is looking for a specific product, they should be allowed to make their purchase without having to justify their choices.
Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I hope that London Drugs can improve their customer service to better respect the needs and preferences of their shoppers.

I bought a power cable a day before of iQ lightening to c type and it didn’t work for the purpose I bought it for.
Next day I tried to return it but they didn’t took it back because of the lost receipt.
I want to know that doesn’t your computers keep records of purchasing items incase the receipt is lost by customer?

Pharmacy: It's a challenging time for the staff but they went the extra mile to fulfil my prescription and did it with a smile... I overheard some people are waiting up to 10 days for fulfillment.
