Products are great but the owner was really rude to my brother after he said he didn't like the shoe selection ? saying I'm the owner and if you don't like it leave my store. I personally won't shop there again to not have to deal with that man for a owner of a store the professionalism isn't there. And reading through these reviews his answers are the only reason I posted this. You may not be a big box store but at least those big stores don't yell at customers for not liking the selection ?

I'm going to start this post with good customer service is hard to find now in days. the ones that work at this store and own it are far beyond amazing. I drove out from Langley just for a single hat and ended up with $300 worth of product and I couldn't have been happier. They managed to take my bad day and make it great.

Recieved really excellent friendly service from the little lady with the short black hair today. Let me set my heavy bags down and excess retail i was browsing behind the counter when I asked which made shopping alot more comfortable for me. I Found an awesome name brand hoodie and shirt for my bf for christmas for under $200. Was really happy to be offered a 10 percent discount for a defect in the sweater and offered advice on how to repair it (last in stock) will be back to shop again soon.

I love this store. The main lady who works there is amazing. She always has a smile on her face makes you feel welcome. I've shopped here on and off for years. I adore her. She is amazing. Makes shopping so much easier to have someone experienced and kind. The owner has come along way. I remember the good old trunk days haha. This is a small owned shop. Lots of great deals and products. Will shop again and recommend.

Products are great, prices are great. Too bad the lady working on Sunday April 9 was so bothered by us being there. Came in for the 50% off sale. Won’t be back. I’d rather pay full price than deal with her. I think interrupted her smoke or something.

Came in yesterday with my daughter. The lady working was so helpful and kind. She talked to my 2 year old a bunch (there was noone else in the store at that moment) which kept her distracted and allowed me to shop which is usually so difficult.

Great store.. I buy all my headrush stuff there. Keeping that store in business.. 40headrush shirts and about 10 hoodies thsts not included my girl I gotta get her something but over The best employee of all time is the chick thst pretty much runs the store.. Yes im talking about the shorty good-looking one..

i loved this store very much before zumiez came into the mall and have always had good experiences when the owner is in but every other time he isnt in ive had employees make snarky remarks or roll their eyes at me for asking questions on more sizes and or getting clothes down which ultimately turned my business away which is surprising as the owner is so nice.
