The Lancôme counter is right at the entrance to The Bay in Sevenoaks Mall. We buy quite a bit of their product so we popped in to see what they had. After a few minutes a young lady showed up to help my wife. No one knows my wife's skin better than my wife. The gall of the salesperson to tell her what was right for her. Then when we asked to see a product, she showed the largest size. I know about upselling and the kick-back she was aiming for, but when we asked to see the smaller bottle, she lied and told us it was for eyes. Our eyes could see that it was a smaller bottle so we asked again for the bottle while pointing at it. She grabbed another bottle for eyes from another part of the display and tried to show it to us. Again we insisted and eventually the liar brought it out. We then asked for an application for a Bay Mastercard. She was unable to help us. After five or six attempts she had our email address and then couldn't find us in the system. We nearly walked out, but my wife needed the product. So we paid for the product and left without going any further into the store in fear that all the salespeople were like her. Get better soon, Bay.

I got into Hudson Bay onl South Fraser to get some information with Saakshi Singh about a product and she simply was so professional, easygoing, and polite that I bought a couple things more than once there. She is such a gem and a pleasure to deal with! Amazing customer service!!! This is a perfect example of associate whose such a prestigious store should have!!! 10 out of 10!!! Lucky Hudson Bay which has Saakshi as part of its team. I will always go back to her in the future!!! ?

Found a pullover hoody for like 6 bucks! You can't find a better deal anywhere. Highly recommend! The staff were friendly too

I like looking around Hudson Bay. They have some decent menswear. However, the majority of their inventory is sort of pricey.
