Had a problem with my income tax return. Ask them 2 months ago to look into it. Paid extra money so they could deal with any problems. Still haven't heard anything from them. Only answer I get is I don't know. I don't know how the girl did your taxes do not use this place

Unprofessional and does not do their job. Make sure if you waste your time doing taxes with this place that they ACTUALLY FILE YOUR TAXES. They will not update you or contact you. They will leave your taxes unfiled and not say a word until you have spent multiple days and phone calls chasing them down for absolutely no results. A disgusting excuse of a professional business and my family will never be filing our taxes here again.

This location is beyond disorganized. They LOST my taxes and I only found out after calling them to cancel my return (and file with someone else). They said they’d get back to me… they didn’t. I had to go in person, wait for an hour for the official answer of “we have no idea where it is”. Rest assured, they said they were going to find all my papers and file them ASAP. It took a month and I still paid and arm and a leg.

Absolutely pathetic . They try to make up some random numbers so they can pocket my money .I'm really not ok with what they have done and they should be shut down . Cheating weasels !

Big waste of time highly don’t recommend, terrible customer service all around, employees never communicate with each other, honestly found it easier todo my own taxes then to go to H&R

Was super easy to get my taxes done. Very friendly and helpful, also there was good distancing measures taken. I didn't even have to bring anything with me....they were great!

If I could give less than one star I would, I am a first time business owner filing my taxes and wasn't sure of everything I would need. At first dealing with polly she was very accommodating and helpful, but I never just got a list of all the information I needed to give, it was in little bits here and there and ended up being very confusing, I apologized and explained it was my first time. I started filling at the beginning of September before the 5th and then 2 weeks went by where my emails were ignored asking about what I should do next, I was then passed into Liz on the 28th to try and get things finished last minute. I was asked for more information and never received any confirmation as to if they got any of it. I had tried calling and emailing multiple times with no answer, I then had to go into the location, refill out all of my information, then was charged $250 for filing them. I explained what had happened over the past month was laughed at and was answered with "yeah well that happens" the lady I delt with last at the front desk was very nice and helpful but after all of this I would rather owe much more than I did then have to be put through the stress and inconvenience of dealing with this branch again.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially regarding the current pandemic. The location was super clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
