I went here to drop off an Amazon return, for this is a UPS location as well. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I honestly didn't even know this was a place to drop stuff off for UPS. I recommend this hidden little UPS outlet.

I had neutral experience. It was quick and efficient for UPS pick up. It was rather difficult to find, I had to park my car in a complete different parking spot in another building and walk to find it.The inside of the place was not impressive, very disorganized and not welcoming. I would recommend setting your UPS pickup location elsewhere.

The posted hours online are either inaccurate or not being followed. Went today to pick up a package from UPS and they were closed! Nothing on the door either indicating a reason for not being open.

I was at the store at 11a.m. and waited for someone to show up. No one showed up. The hours listed are 9am-9pm. Packages are thrown everywhere. There's no level of organization anywhere. Wish I had taken a photo at Christmas time. Their whole back counter was full, and I had to look through 100 packages after being ignored for 45 minutes because there were non UPS "customers". There is counterfeit items being sold here and drug paraphernalia. Fake Louis Vuitton phone cases.

Place is dirty, disorganized and disgusting. I will not use UPS again. I have also reported this location to UPS headquarters.
