Did the "extreme" wash with all the fancy sprays and coatings. Hardly looks like it was cleaned at all. I get it's an automatic wash, but I would expect my car to look at least a little bit clean, especially if I'm paying for the top package

Excellent customer service!
The first time I went there, the auto car wash bay just opened. The manager, a young gentleman, was very friendly and provided great instructions and help!
The second time I went there, because the wash bay was experiencing some maintenance issue, two young ladies were exceptionally helpful and compensated my waiting time with a free car wash. Professional and sincere!
Will always go back there for such pleasant service! Good people and that's what make this place different.

If you want to waste your time come here. An employee directed me behind a car that had just pulled into the bay so cars behind me could line up. All those cars behind me were washed and done as they were behind quicker cars. by the time it was my turn they all had washed and left.
EDIT I am not sure if the manager saw this post while I was still there but someone ran out and apologized, and gave me a free touchess wash for a later date. I was impressed by the fact they realized and owned the mistake. I will return in the future.
