Monique understands dogs in a way no one else does. Not only does she train the dog, but really she trains the dogs humans too. She is gentle , kind, informative and gives a lot of options for training at home after class as well. My little Minnie has become so much more confident after training. If you're looking for someone to train your dog you should absolutely book a class or one on one session.

We had a great time doing the scent class with Monique. I had no idea how much nosework would help my aussie with her calm, confidence, and focus. Monique is great at tailoring the class to the needs of the dogs and she’s very motivating and kind. Would definitely recommend the scent classes to others!

We love the puppy training we have had a Gentile Puppy Training and all the great tips and advice on helping our puppy be the best dog he can be! I recently purchased a lick mat for our puppy and the difference when I have to clip nails, dry off muddy feet or brush him is amazing… no more frustrated owner or puppy! He just happily licks the liver pate off the lick mat while I do what I need to do. Thanks Monique for all your great advice !

Monique is amazing.It’s my first time getting my own puppy and going to those puppy training. They are truly a good place to get your puppy trained, your own self to learn and also a very sleepy puppy on the way back home for a loooong nap.It helps also for your puppy to socialize with other people than yourself or other puppies if they aren’t so familiarized.If ever I have a question surely Monique will help. We are thrilled with results we've seen in our newest member of the family thanks to Monique Charbonnier at Gentle Puppy Training. Our newest member was adopted during the pandemic lockdown when parks and facilites were closed to the public. Although we are experienced pet owners, our new addition had been in a shelter environment and foster homes before making his way out west from Ontario where his breed is banned. Monique's positive, reward based, fear free training is helping him become the best breed ambassador he can be. We highly recommend Gentle Puppy Training to pet owners whether inexperienced or those looking for training in a specific area.

We would highly recommend Gentle Puppy Training to anyone. We have just completed another puppy class (our third time here over the past 18 years and there is still always something new each time) Monique is wonderful and a pleasure to learn with.

Got our first puppy and as we were looking for puppy training we came across gentle puppy training. The lady on the phone spent an hour talking to us and giving us all the answers to our questions with no charge! Very professional, polite, and reliable. We highly recommend.
