Phoned the evening before to know if they had the parts I was looking for. Sounded like they did.. I go there first thing in the morning to told they don't know and I am given a map of the yard and them telling me to go have a look. Never been in this place before and would have expected someone to help show me where the parts vehicle is. After about 5min of this bs treasure hunt I left. Either you have the parts or you don't but don't be stringing people that you do when you don't know. Also, have some customer service by showing your customers where the parts vehicle is.

Sucks being on hold for over 40 minutes and counting, and no one has answered after the rude guy that says “hold”, click.
Do you expect customers us to hang up and call back? Are we supposed to assume you’re actually going to answer? This automated fake Siri talking on the hold line says “your call is very important to us” are you that inconsiderate of your customers. Ownership needs to make sure staff can answer calls more promptly. My time is valuable and you’re now at 55 minutes of me holding and counting. This sucks, 1star review as this person answering the phone just hung up the line after almost 1hr of waiting.
