Got the inspection done for suspension bend. Paid 85$ for that. They said they will give me a quote in two days. It’s been 4 months now. Visited them twice to remind them. Haven’t heard back. Really disappointed.

Quick service. They were just about to close but finished my tire asap. About 45 bucks for the repair.
Update: Customer service is key here. I hope they keep the excellent staff. They take the time to meet your needs and do the job right.

Hit a metal plate on the mission bridge and tire blew out. They had the tire I needed in stock, were fair on price and got it done quickly and conveniently for me. The staff is also always friendly to deal with. Thank you !

Made an appointment on Friday afternoon got in Saturday morning for tire rotation. Excellent customer service and special thanks to the tire tech who did not leave any marks on my shiny black rims. Back again in 10kms

I left the house this morning hearing a weird noise. Checked around the car and didn't see anything, but eventually, my low tire pressure light came on. I made it into Curtis Tire with a totally flat tire. It was a nail sticking out the side of my rear passenger tire, I had somewhere I had to go quickly, and they took the car in right away. They found the second hole they assumed there was a second nail that fell out. They said that because of the where the nails were, I might need a new tire, but because it was that low profile specialty tire was going to be over $400. But they managed to fix the tire without having to order one. They could easily have just said I needed I new one. I was totally impressed. When I need new tires next, I will definitely be going back here.

Recently I purchased a 2024 Vehicle. Since I have been a long time customer of Curtis Tire, business location, I decided to go have my cars tires air pressure checked. Dave (manager), at the customer counter are cordial and ready to assist in any manner. I met with Gord McCrindle Asst. Manager, today, who with a smile told me to go to bay 3 and some one would check my tires. I met a young man who had a very happy impression and was eager to serve me. I enjoyed his attitude to want to serve me the best and listened to me before quickly doing the job. I was impressed so asked his name and told was Rylee who went in to get Gord's (Curtis) Business card. Every aspect of this encounter has been very satisfactory. Do not have to own a certain vehicle, buy a product, recent repairs ( this shop does most vehicles repairs) I found all service men ( Rylee) to day very customer friendly. Thank You Rylee. (G.A.K.).

Super, SUPER friendly people at Curtis Tire. Unfortunately my tires were at the end of their lives and they set up my appointment, replaced all my tires, and had my car ready within 1 hour. I feel like they are honest and knowledgeable.

Took a 2009 BMW to get tires replaced.
A short period later, the low tire pressure warning showed on the car's dash.
Thinking we drove over a nail, but could find no puncture, we took it back to Curtis.
A mechanic friend of ours discovered the tire pressure electronic setting was changed on the car so that a small decrease in tire pressure would show "low tire pressure."
You do the math. Curtis Tire did this to sell more tires to us.
They purposefully went into the car's settings and it had to be reset by a mechanic family friend.
I don't write reviews often, but I took the time for this one!
