The staff here was very helpful with great, friendly customer service. From the estimate with Elaine.....the manager Dylan and the front desk Jackie. I've been here before and will come back in the future. Excellent service and I am very happy. Highly recommend for your vehicle accident repairs.

Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. Went here for an icbc repair. Service desk staff was super rude every time and had no idea of anything when I asked questions. Eventually my vehicle was returned not completely fixed (not their fault, was icbc's call). A part was on back order and they said they'd call me when it was ready. It's been almost a year and every time I call I get the run around.

Took my car in for an ICBC claim. Work was done super fast, and looks great. The office staff was friendly and great at keeping me updated through the entire process.

I was told by the adjuster that they had called me 4 times but I had received not one phone call from them not 1 missed call and there were also messages left with those calls I was told lol I mean who does that lie to a customer like that blatantly like that?? I would stay far away from this crossword collision location all of the other ones are good though.

Pathetic and disappointing customer service. I was booked in 2 weeks in advance to get a door ding fixed and and my windshield replaced, I was quoted for 3 days of work and told it will be a $200 deductible. I dropped the car off and didn't hear a word from the for a full 7 days, then i decided to call and ask for updates on why its taking so long and they said the cars just at the tint shop getting finished. When i arrived the next day the windshield wasn't even touched, (so i don't know what it was at a tint shop for) and then they tried to charge me a $500 deductible which i obviously asked why and then they made some fake excuse and took it off. a month later and they hadn't tried to contact me about replacing the windshield like they said they would.I would have preferred to have kept the door ding on my car then deal with the headache these people caused. It was a dark and stormy... Thursday morning. SUV was loaded with long weekend essentials - fishing gear, libations, and good food. As we drove along hwy #1 we approached a tandem dump truck. At this point you may know where this story is going but wait. It was not the windshield that was shattered by a dislodged rock from the tires of the poorly maintained truck driven by an irresponsible operator. Mind you, rocks did hit the windshield but the fatal blow was to the sunroof. After a few expletives we pulled off the hwy to assess the damage. Whilst rain entered the vehicle, we called Craftsman Collision and spoke to Elaine who informed us that since a claim would have to be filed with ICBC, they could tape over the sunroof with a sticky plastic membrane that might hold until we got to our destination. Forty minutes later we were back on the road heading in the same direction instead of going back home. Thank you Elaine and Craftsman Collision for your timely attention and efficiency in getting us back on the road. In case you were interested the fishing was horrible but the weekend was great.

Everyone there are super friendly and helpful. It took about 2 hours to get my windows fixed and communication can be done over the phone and by email. Best service ever!
