Would absolutely recommend, great customer service! Everyone at cool-it has always been incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond! They asked to put on a childrens show to keep my daughter entertained while we waited and have always fit us in during the busy season. I can't thank you all enough for dealing with our truck!

Recently got my trucks A/C fixed by Cool it. They have the best warranty and customer service. Finally our truck is working after we took it to 3 different mechanics. Their prices are Unbeatable ! Really pleased with the service they provided us would definitely recommend checking them out if you are having any cooling issues.

My husband and I were driving to Alaska in mid-May when the temperature climbed to 94F and we found our truck's AC was not working. We googled AC repair and Cool It was right past the Sumas border crossing. My husband called & Adam said they would fit us in. They did, no leaks just needed a recharge and an hour later we were on our way!! We were so relieved that our trip was hardly delayed and first day in Canada was so easy. What excellent service. They told me that my aluminum radiator could not be fixed or welded and I needed a new one but that's wrong! Watched a video on YouTube and braised it myself with no experience for under $30 dollars.

I like Cool It, installed a rad for me and engine and bunk heaters in a couple trucks.Very professional installations.Honored warrenty just before 2 yrs were up.Only 1 location now, sumas.I miss the surrey location.They sell some odd parts too, I bought a lower rad hose for my C15 Stainless?

100% would recommend without hesitation. I brought my 2006 Mazda 3 in to have the A/C charged -- they squeezed me in during their busy season, and the mechanic was able to identify that it was a much simpler issue. I was in and out within minutes and they insisted on charging me $0.00. Places like this rarely exist anymore. The lady at the front desk is also awesome! THANK YOU!Service: Air conditioning
