Came in to buy a washer and dryer and was helped by Sherry G. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. It was easy to come to a decision because they gave me all the pertinent information and then went above and beyond to price match. Install happened just a couple days later and we were really impressed with the professionalism. Most importantly, they have a 30 day return policy whereas other appliance dealers have 48-hour (Home Depot) or 7 day (trail).

Absolutely terrible experience with this company.My mother in law bought a dishwasher back in 2020 for us from them.Our Blomberg dishwasher has not worked well since the day we got it. The lock has never latched since day 1. We had someone come and look at it and he flicked the inside of the latch and said it was fixed and from the moment he left it stopped latching properly again. We decided to just leave it as even though it didn't close properly, it was still running.A few months ago, the dishwasher stopped working all together and came up with an error code. I messaged Coast Appliances on their website and they simply told me to Google the code. When I said I already tried that, he said he had tried too and nothing came up. So why did he tell me to google it knowing he had googled it and nothing came up? He told me to try to clean away any debris and that was all he could suggest. That did not work.After thinking they could not help me, I proceeded to call around to about 10 different companies to come fix my dishwasher. Little did I know, not a single company will fix this type of dishwasher in the Fraser Valley/lower Mainland because apparently it is too sophisticated.Finally got back in contact with Coast Appliances and found out we were still in fact under warranty as my mother in law mentioned she was pretty sure she got us the extended warranty. When I filled out the warranty application, all my mother in laws information was on it since she purchased it. However, I immediately emailed them updating them with the correct phone number, email and home address. They contacted my mother in law through email anyways and she forwarded all the emails to me. They called my mother in law as well and even after she also told them my number and asked them to contact me, they continued to call and email her.Finally they called me saying they were going to come and look at my dishwasher. They were confused when I told them my address was different than my mother in laws (even after me making this known to them multiple times). They said they did not service my area but would try to come anyways. Finally, 3 weeks now after the initial contact, they came to check out my dishwasher. The man said that there looked like there were holes on the side of the dishwasher that may have been leaking water?? Not entirely sure what he had meant by that as it had never leaked before nor did he show me what he meant. He also mentioned that the serial number sticker was gone which I did in fact let him know that when I was told to clean off all the debris in order for it to close properly, I took it off because it was all bent and thought that may have been causing an issue. But I did still have the serial number as I told him. There was a piece of stripping that had broken off but I mentioned to him that it broke off after the machine had stopped working.He left and I did not hear back from him. A week later, my mother in law once again got an email from Coast saying they had voided our warranty because there was damage beyond ware and tear?? The appliance was apparently reported "in destitute condition"?? I had no idea a place could even void a warranty, I had never experienced this anywhere I have ever shopped before. They also mentioned AGAIN in the email how they were unaware the dishwasher had been given to me instead of being housed at my mother in laws.. like why is that a problem? Have they never had anyone buy anything as a gift before?? And especially since I had updated them multiple times on this matter, that was particularly frustrating.So now after only 3 years, we are our a dishwasher, my mother in law is out the money she spent on the warranty that should have lasted another year at least, and we have to purchase a new dishwasher.We will NEVER use this company ever again and will certainly not buy a Blomberg dishwasher again.Save your money and your time, people!

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a store in Abbotsford! On top of everything, their receptionist was so rude and ignorant.I went across the street to their competitor, Trail Appliances, and the difference was like night and day!

I have had an excellent experience working with Vijay at Coast. I spent a lot of time comparing prices between; bundling with Costco and their cash back incentive with membership; KMR/Brookwood used appliances; Facebook marketplace and Trail appliance. At the end of the day Coast appliance was able to price match AND have the best 2 year warranty deal out there. I know everyone thinks Costco is the best because their warranty, but they do not extend their warranty to their appliances like they do with their other products like couches, pressure washers, etc. I would highly suggest coming here first and save yourself the time of looking else where!

Purchasing is a little bit strange but it makes enough sense. Delivery was well communicated and the driver and helper were very helpful.

the Customer Service was a 10/10 Mellissa especially was extremely nice. the delivery team was my favorite part. they where extremely nice and friendly and made the delivery go smooth. forsure going to coast for any other appliance purchases

The gentleman that first tried to help us was having a bad day. He rolled his eyes at us and made scoffing noises when we I mentioned that the price for the washer/dryer stands was too high. The gentleman who helped us after was polite and professional. We will not be purchasing our washer/dryer set from here.

Great service! We were shopping for a quality gas range but wanted to keep the cost reasonable as it was for the cabin. The selection at the clearance section was excellent and the manager was willing to go the extra mile to close the deal.

I was looking for medium size fridge from the longest time. I went to couple stores and it was getting harder and harder to find the right fit according to our price range and space. I went to this location met vijay the store manager. He helped us finding the right product and everything went very smooth. The whole staff was very friendly. I will be coming here soon again.Great serviceRecommended ????
