Excellent service today ! Had lost my Thule roof top carrier keys, called ahead and brought Thule to your shop. Employee and myself went thru 100 master keys, found the lucky one 3 from the end and still wouldn’t open so we tried a new key from their display carrier and it worked. Was able to buy one of the 2 from that set( I needed carrier for next day) and ordered 2 spares to arrive in a few weeks.Thanks again!!!!!Mike

My Nissan Titan pick up truck was in a minor accident but the body shop decided to send the pick up to CAP IT as the canopy and tent was installed by another CAP IT shop and body shop wanted to do a good job so that Canopy does not get damaged and it must not leak when installed again.I brought the truck back home and it rained the same night and the Canopy leaked and there was so much water that every thing including my bags gloves and other items were drenched.I called the body shop and they asked me to take the truck back to CAP IT store on South Fraserway Abbotsford and I did.To my surprise Chris at the counter of CAP IT store on South Fraser Way in Abbotsford informed me that they do not guarantee leaks and they were not asked to change the gaskets.Then the Body shop sent me to another CAP IT and they told me that the canopy was not sealed properly and gaskets were damaged when the Canopy was removed and no gaskets were replaced when Canopy was installed again.This second CAP IT store did a great job and the invoice was in the same amount which tells me that the job could have been done right the first time but the CAP IT in Abbotsford on South Fraserway were there to get your money but did not want to do the job right.CAP IT head office should look into it as I think these peoples at this CAP IT have not refunded the money to the body shop and my CANOPY is damaged at 4 points as they did not install properly.I will call CAP IT head office in January 2024 to report them.Every one who is reading this make sure go and get your work done at a reliable CAP IT shop but certainly not at CAP IT on South Fraserway in Abbotsford but any other Cap It Store.
