I got a flat tire while driving and pulled into this Canadian Tire hoping I could get some assistance. I was disappointed when I was told they were too busy. The disinterested employee behind the desk at the automotive centre offered me an appointment the following day, and even when I expressed urgency about the situation, and said I wanted to purchase a replacement tire, the employee told me he could not help me without an appointment, tomorrow. I ended up going across the street to Arvid Automotive where the staff changed my tire immediately (free of charge) and helped me locate a replacement tire. If you need any sort of tire service in Abbotsford, don't go to Canadian Tire - they obviously do not really care about their customers. Go to Arvid Automotive!

Can’t recommend the service shop. Got tires installed and had uneven wear. They blamed suspension and poor rotation. Asked them to check their alignment work with new tires and they would not and asked I talk to corporate. Reviewed with dodge on suspension and they said it was fine. Checked alignment with another party and the alignment was way off on both fronts. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Will not be buying tires from Canadian Tire anymore

I always love going to Canadian tire and they are great. But they need to work on the employees training. Today morning there were lady at the cash till, greeted well to every Caucasian bodies but as soon she saw different skin her attitude changed and reacted like a dead soul.
God bless some sense of respect and knowledge.

The Abbotsford location is by far the worst Canadian Tire and it's all because of Sherri, the so called manager. She has no sense of customer service and is by far the rudest sales staff I have ever met , who is absolutely insulting to shoppers. For a simple return of a 35 dollar item within less than 2 weeks of buying, she made such a huge deal and created an absolute unnecessary fiasco. That's not even the part I care...the way she treated us while our 2 young children stood with us reflects how poor of a manager and service skills she has. I tried to talk to her and all she kept doing was ignoring and then lashed out.... Seriously, this is the worst Canadian Tire, I wish their Corporate people try and do something about this. SO DISAPPOINTING

Do not book service apts online! The automotive centre is disorganized and Rich at the counter has a terrible attitude and no respect for customers. I attended the store on a Saturday to book a pre purchase inspection. There was no one at the automotive counter, but the employee at the tire counter said I could book one online, which I did while standing at the counter with him. When I attended on the apt day and time, after taking the morning off work and getting a temporary insurance permit, Rich at the automotive counter said he had no record of my apt and in fact they don't offer pre purchase inspections at all. When I asked why the employee would tell me otherwise, he said flatly it's a different department and not his problem. Very problematic for me, though, considering I took time off work and purchased one day insurance specifically for this apt. Rich was uncaring, arrogant, and his people skills need major work.

Unlike everywhere else, Can Tire avoids price gouging wherever possible or so it seems. This location is one of the cleanest stores in BC in my opinion.

WORST CANADIAN TIRE EVER, tried to get tires and was told would get them on Thursday/Friday as their being shipped from mission, I got lied to and now have to wait almost 10 days for tires when I desperately need them on my vehicle, spent 1200$ and got lied to that’s not right, never buying tires or anything from these scummy liars ever again
