Update: the most ridiculous post office around here. Seriously. I don't even know why I am giving it more tries.It's an okay Post Office - when it works. Unfortunately, most of the times it doesn't, for various reasons, regardless of the posted working hours. Might as well shut it down. I won't be bothered anymore coming here, rather go straight to another place.

Went there at 4:45pm to find it closed today. Hours said they were closing at 5:30pm.

Would give a -5 star if I could. Came to pickup a package after 2pm. Told they haven't received my package yet and to come in after 4pm. Immediately was on the phone with Canada Post, where they confirmed they do indeed have it.While walking back in with Canada Post on the phone shocked not only of this post office being lazy, but how they spoke, soon as I went on speakerphone they immediately found my package. Leaning against the main counter directly in front of their face.Fingers crossed the new major store to soon open next door in the mall takes over the mail delivery operations. In the mean time, this current location is headache to say the least.

Not the first time they didn't even TRY deliver my Amazon packages. Now I have to make time to go there between the ridiculous opening hours of 10am to 5pm (ok if you are retired or unemployed)

Decent place, fast and efficient even with a line up. The ladies working there are kind of stern, not really friendly. But because they get the job done quick, definitely a 4 star.Just an fyi, you can drop returns on the counter without waiting in line unless you want the receipt.

I would give them an only half star, not even 1! I found a Delivery notice sticker on my mailbox, mentioning the hours of operation( specifically on Thursdays until 21:00), while I was waiting for my parcel for days. After a long day of work, went there to get my parcel when it was just a quarter to 19:00. They were closed!!! Their hours of operation have changed, but they didn't change that on their Delivery notice stickers. I couldn't be more frustrated and exhausted than this evening!

Very limited hours, making it almost impossible to pick anything up if you actually have a job. I never even got a pick-up card on my door; I had to dig for myself that I was just bypassed, and my parcel was just taken to the place that's never open when you need it to be. The opening hours on the website don't match the hours on the (closed) doors. Aren't you supposed to maintain some kind of minimal hours so people can get their mail?

The staff was extremely kind and informed me correctly. There was no other customer at the time, so I don't know about busy situations over there.

Actualy this is in the Shefield Express, next to the Parisotto's, NOT inside the Shoppers. Also the lady with the blue hair is the best - very knowledgable, competent and super professional. She knows what she is doing and is efficient and friendly.
