Staff is incredibly friendly. I drop off pre labelled packages regularly and waste no time with their drop box! They always give a nice ‘Hello’ when I walk in! Very welcoming

The staff here were super friendly and meticulous. They told us they got over 1,000 packages from the delays this Christmas and it took them 8 hours to sort them! They’re clearly very dedicated and do a great job.

Went in to mail a box today and stayed to get passport photos done as well for myself and kids. Quickly taken and processed but my 5 year old became very camera shy and was being difficult and crying. The staff went out of their way with kindness to make her feel better and help get her through a hard time. Thanks so much for your kindness and compassion.

It is wasteful and ridiculous that my package from Abbotsford to Bellingham was flown to Los Angeles for "international processing". It is literally 20 kilometers between the the origin and destinations cities and now my package will be coming up on a truck from Southern California. Talk about caring about sustainability and the planet. Shameless organization.

They don’t even answer their phones.... I’ve called twice every day for the last week AND STILL NOTHING! What is going on with this. Don’t have a phone number if you’re not going to answer your customers. Super disappointed.

I was verbally attached by a belligerent customer who swore profanity at everyone in the store and the owner did NOTHING. We pleaded with the owner to remove the man and he just shrugged his shoulders. Terrible.
