We've had a great experience with this particular Bosley's as a customer and a rescue society. It's one of the few places where customer service still matters. The staff have amazing attitudes. The new management, superb.

I was lied to about product returns and now I have products I spent money on but can't use. I bought a surgical suit for my cat post-surgery, I was concerned about the size so the cashier told me to get the smallest and it could be returned with the receipt. After bringing it home, it was not the right size so I went back and got a different size, which again was still not big enough. After going back for the third time the next day I tried to return the other two and the cashier told me it could not be returned as it is in contact with animals, but all the packaging was intact. Disappointed that I have to spend $200 on a $60 item because they openly lied to me and wasted my money

Amazing place for pet owners! Went in for a self serve dog wash and it was very clean, spacious, and easy to use. The prices for treats and toys are pretty good too. Will surely go again!

Main thing we get is raw dog food. We may switch places because of the raw dog food being inconsistent. Big country raw. I guess is a lower quality then hungry hunters from the same place?Staff are always friendly. Not a fan of the activists.

Took a nail nervous dog to get her nails clipped and the lady was fabulous, patient, loving and kind. Other staff was knowledgeable about other pet care and gave great recommendations for where to go since they didn't cater to turtles! They will also let your pet pick treats or toys

Don’t bother. Dog wash no longer has brushes. Asked the guy where the brushes were and he said they got rid of them. He pointed to the wall of brushes and told me I could buy one. I had to put my husky back in the car covered in loose fur after her bath. What’s the point of a dog wash if you can’t brush your dog??
