First time in your store, WOWed by Brittany!! I am on Vancouver island for the most part these days, and was in Abbotsford as my mom was having day surgery and while I waited for the hospitals call, I decided to distract myself by going to the mall…I was stressed, worried and anxious… as soon as I walked into your store, my mood immediately shifted, not only because of the incredible sale, but also because of Britannys patience, cheerfulness, kindness and over the top helpfulness. She is an incredible asset and understands good old school standards of customer service. I will definitely be returning to your store when I return to Abbotsford. Thank you Britanny!!

I had experience this afternoon with Brittany at bootleggers! Brittany works there and I do not shop often. I had no idea what style, color or size but I needed jeans. Brittany helped me so much! She was kind, listened and ran back and forth bringing me.... well basically every pair of jeans in the store that would possibly fit and I would like. I bought 2 pairs and would have bought more but there was no more in my size. Best sales associate ever!

I love bootlegger. You can’t beat their jeans not only are they an amazing look, but they also come in 33 inch inseams which is perfect. Thank you for stocking, different lengths.

Visited the store a few days after Christmas. The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful & kind. She even offered to help me by taking a couple of photos of me wearing 2 different hoodies so I could text them to my husband to help me choose which one to get.I did not get her name but if she sees this I think she’ll remember me lol.PS I went with the grey hoodie. Love it & the savings of 25% off was nice as well.Anyways if your in the area make sure to stop into Bootlegger in Seven Oaks Mall.Great service!Happy New Year (:

Been having some pretty serious luck here the last couple of weeks. The sales people don’t pester or annoy but instead walk in with service questions. They took a stack of clothes from my wife and said they would start us a room. Made me feel like I was loaded and being given a personal shopper. Great service.

Was in here yesterday and found some leggings that I LOVED but they weren't in my size, The staff were so nice and offered to help me find them in there system online. They completely understand a girls need for cute leggings.

Had a great time shopping here …the Lady that helped me was so friendly and not pushy…it was like I had a shopping Buddy ? she helped me find sizes when I needed them and helped me pick out some different styles of jeans..I ended up leaving with the perfect pair…I’ll definitely go back !!
