Once again I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ben Moss in Seven Oaks mall, Abbotsford. The wonderful manager Sarb was such a help with my new purchase. Every staff member at Ben Moss is so cheerful, helpful and polite but Sarb has become our "jeweller friend". Thank you Sarb.

Incredibly helpful & knowledgeable staff. The store has some great sales and the staff doesn’t gatekeep their advice on pieces & prices. I’ve been to other Ben Moss locations when browsing and they haven’t been nearly as great as the SevenOaks location! We also love the lifetime warranty on our jewelry, a lot of places don’t offer that anymore.

I didn't buy anything here. However, i bought my ring from an unrelated store in Ontario and asked them to ship it to where I live in Victoria.
The lady at the unrelated store said the closest place we can ship it to is Abbotsford at this Ben Moss Jewelry Store location (the one I'm writing a review for). I begrudgingly agreed all the while shocked that that was the closest place they can ship to for pickup. I called this Ben Moss store and spoke with Sarb. Sarb, was also surprised that they chose to ship the ring to their store in Abbotsford instead of the Ben Moss In Victoria, Vancouver Island, where I live, saving me a two way ferry ride that would have costed around $200 dollars. Sarb, not only shipped my ring again to the Victoria location but also paid for the shipment which costed around $20 dollars for me. I offered to pay the shipping cost myself but she insisted on paying for it herself and apologized on the original store's behalf.
Sarb, was terrific! She was friendly helpful and just all around the best. I thanked her and promised her to write a worthy review based off of the excellent customer treatment I got (even though I wasn't technically their customer) and with that being said, a part of me wishes I bought a ring from them instead.
Thank you Sarb. People like you give me hope for humanity.

Sarb gave us an amazing experience buying our engagement and wedding rings. Very personable, friendly and informative. We will definitely be going back to her for any future jewellery needs and highly recommend this store as I’m sure they will give you the same great service we got!

Such a lovely experience with Sarb today! Returned my wedding set no problem as it was causing nothing but problems in the week I had it with loose stone and helped us pick out something more durable! Was so lovely and made it such a painless experience as I was really nervous.

Everyone in there is so lovely and kind and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase anything as well which was different than a lot of the other stores I went to. I would definitely recommend!
