Honestly Avenue Body Shop is amazing. Not only is the staff so kind but their work is immaculate. They are quick to answer and to get you in and help you out. I am so happy with the work they did on my car and will always recommend them. I put a before and after to show just how amazing they did. Thank you Avenue for giving my Baby Red back looking so pretty, and thank you for making my experience so welcoming.

Struck an animal with a toyota corolla. Avenue had it repaired and returned a day earlier than estimated. They washed the car, and cleaned inside. Very friendly service, the staff were helpful and fun to interact with. ?

Highly recommend Avenue! They were so quick to get me in for a quote and work done. They were honest during the process and even took time and effort out to point out some unrelated concerns they found. Colour match and coating application look factory and I couldn’t be happier.

Everyone I dealt with at avenue was very helpful and nice ! The rental car place was late and I was in a rush so one of the workers at avenue personally drove me there instead of waiting for them to show up. They also did a good job on my car in good time.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my truck here thinking with their name and reputation they would notice a bent frame. What should have been a quick few week process turned into a 8 month frustration. I told the estimator when I dropped my truck off that it showed signs of a bent frame. He said they would measure it. They did not measure it, 6 months later they released my truck to me. I was shocked at the poor quality and lack of safety concern this company has. Truck was unsafe to drive, and could not do over 60 kmh without shaking violently. They did not attach the mud flaps because the tire would rip it off due to the bent frame. Door would not open without rubbing the fender. They also charged for work they did not do. Truck was returned to them. 2 months later it was finally written off. Seems they just see dollar signs from icbc and try to get as much money out of them without doing a proper job. Avoid Avenue Body at all costs!

Had my car stolen and Avenue repaired, and detailed it, even managed to take out the smells of 10 days of chain smoking by the thieves! Nathan is brilliant to work with. Highly recommend.
