“We bought the extended warranty on our appliances when we redid our kitchen 4 yrs ago and thank goodness we did as our oven stopped working and couldn't be repaired. We got a credit to replace it and Chaka at the Abbotsford store was great. She was personable, down to earth, honest and friendly. We appreciated the time she took with us on both visits and are happy with our replacement purchase. Will go there again.
