Was very impressed with Tia on this Sunday a holiday weekend no less. Been dealing with breakdowns for 20 years and have never had a smoother towing call. I am not one to leave reviews either but very well deserved 5 stars from J&R Hall. She had all our info and truck on the way within a 1 minute phone call. Very well done! Thank you Tia! Also excellent work on your drivers part!

My car would not start. Called BCAA. Driver Ben called me to troubleshoot the problem.Ended up having to tow my car to my house. Very fast service, very friendly and reassuring. Explained what the problem was so that it would not happen again. Really appreciated the professional and great service! Thank you!

Like an idiot I locked myself out of my running vehicle on a freeway off ramp luckily a concerned citizen pulled over he let me use his phone and I called aggressive. Told him my situation we all had a good laugh ha ha ha and then they immediately sent me help. It was raining and crappy out, and I only had a T-shirt on because my jacket was sitting in my warm crispy running car with the wind rolled up. Piece of debris fell off a truck and hit the front of my car. If you were wondering why I was outside of my vehicle on an offramp. ? anyway, it only took them about 25 minutes to get to me got in my car super fast paid by credit card over the phone very reasonable price. Thanks again.

my 08 nissan versa had a fault agreessive towing was there in a jiffy this was my first fault with the car as i am moveing to the uk it was going to get a MOT inspection Evan calmed me down and now its on a ship to the uk big thank you

Just want to let you know what a terrific job Evan did this morning moving a motor home RV that was not functioning from our property to another storage area! He called us ahead of time as we requested, reassuring us that that all was in order and that he was on his way! Everything went exactly as he said it would and he took the time to explain what he planned to do! A very enthusiastic and personable attitude from him was greatly appreciated and made the move stress free. The beautiful tow truck that he brought with him was just perfect for our situation! Great experience with Agressive! Had to tow my truck from Abbotsford to a shop in Maple Ridge, and chose Agressive with no regrets. The driver was excellent and professional, and had my truck on the flat deck in no time. Price was fair, and service was on time and quick. I'd 100% recommended Agressive for any towing needs.
