New Bank and Restaurant Coming to Clarendon

Big changes are headed for The Crossing Clarendon shopping center. A new bank branch and restaurant are both set to open their doors in the coming months at the popular Arlington destination.

First up, Citibank will be unveiling a 4,000 square foot full-service branch in the fourth quarter of 2024. It will move into the former Orvis sporting goods space at 2879 Clarendon Blvd. While Citi has ATMs and other locations around Arlington already, this new Clarendon bank will increase their presence in the area.

The other major incoming is Westville, a casual American restaurant from New York City. It is known for sandwiches, salads, bowls and plates for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Westville aims to open early next year in the 2800 Clarendon Blvd storefront previously occupied by Jos. A. Bank.

Westville is popular for weekend brunch at its eight current restaurants in New York City, including the ones in Dumbo and Hudson. The restaurant's tagline is "Something for everyone, every meal, every day." Both businesses hope to make dining and shopping more exciting in the Clarendon area when they debut.
