Matt and Pam are such great people. Our refrigerator went out on a Thursday night. Went to see them Friday morning, and 2 hours later we had a new refrigerator delivered to our home. Friendly, hardworking people!

When our washing machine unexpectedly quit several years ago, we had thought about going with a big box store to get our replacement. I was asking around about appliances and my boss recommended that we check out an appliance store in a neighboring town, Precision Repair Service owned by Matt Purdome. My husband and I are so glad that we chose PRS Electronics. When we bought from them, we were just hoping for a washing machine that would work, but with our purchase we also gained a knowledgeable and service oriented repairman. As a city kid, I had no idea that such a repairman still existed.Since purchasing our replacement washing machine so many years ago, any time we have had an appliance problem my husband could not fix, we have called PRS to schedule an appointment. As the owner made his rounds, he would stop to do the repairs at our house, even if that meant stopping after the regular work day.We have purchased 2 new dishwashers and just purchased a new washing machine and dryer set. This company does not have a website, but they have something even better. They have a real person who makes house calls and knows everything there is to know about appliances. If you have an idea of what you are looking for, just call them and ask whether they have it in stock. They will not steer you wrong.

If you live in the area and are looking for new appliances, go to PRS electronics. When our washing machine unexpectedly quit well over a decade ago, we had thought about going with a big box store to get our replacement. I had never heard of them, but my husband and I are so glad that we chose PRS Electronics. At that time, we called to ask if they had a front loader in stock and they did. We had it installed within a day. When we bought from them, we were just hoping for a washing machine that would work, but with our purchase we also gained an honest, knowledgeable, and service-oriented repairman. As a city kid, I had no idea that such a repairman still existed. Since purchasing our replacement washing machine so many years ago, we have called PRS to handle any repairs my husband could not fix and have purchased additional appliances including a dishwasher. As the owner made his rounds, he would stop to do the repairs at our house, even if that meant stopping after the regular work day. Just over a month ago we purchased a new Speed Queen washing machine and dryer set from them and we are so happy they recommended it. It's a large capacity, heavy duty set that works fast and keeps up with the laundry generated by a construction worker. PRS does not have a website, but they have something even better. They have a real person who makes house calls, who knows everything there is to know about appliances, and who follows up with his customers. If you have an idea of what you are looking for, just call them and ask whether they have it in stock. If you want a recommendation, they will not steer you wrong. I cannot fathom why the other 2 good reviews are tagged as "not recommended," but check them out. You will find that they are spot on.

One of the best pieces of advice we got after buying a home up in Marion county Arkansas. Yellville. Was to contact Matt Purdom and his wife Ms Pam. If you want quality service and prices matched within reason this was the place to go. It was great advice. They are a one couple show and they give you absolutely first class sales. Delivery and service. Never failed to make a service call or repair. My sister in law failed to take that advice and her son ordered her appliances from Lowe's which is a good place. Delivery was less than desirable. Hook up was worse service was terrible. Dont be fooled by the small storefront. Matt stays abreast of all the latest appliances. You would have to look far and wide to find a more honest and hard working couple. If you like the antiques they have an amazing collection of items.
