Prompt service from dedicated staff before and after the March 31st, 2023 EF3 (it was an EF4 at my place). Melody and Monica made it less of a disaster and I knew I wasn't in Kansas any more!

Melody and Monica are great to work with. Shelter has been wonderful getting me through the process of having been involved in an accident with a person with cut rate insurance. I was so relieved to find out they would take care of everything and I didn't have to deal with them myself.
