I can never reach anyone to speak with, they are always "out to lunch" or somewhere else, and never call back

So unprofessional people. Never ever book load with them. Did big load for the in January , still not paid . Been told that check was in the mail, have check number , never received it . No one answers the phone for last a month or so. No answers on email either.

been trying to get paid since October, 3 different times they told me that the check will go out tomorrow, nothing yet, and they dont answer their phone now.
