The question asked at the top of this forum is “Did you use this business?” My answer was no and here’s why.I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like people should be aware of the miscommunication between the staff of this establishment. My vehicle started messing up a few weeks ago. This vehicle is my only source of transportation for my little family. I had called AJs and made an appointment. The one mistake I made was forgetting and missing that appointment. However, I called up there the next morning (on a Thursday 10/13) and was told that they would be able to look at my vehicle that day as a work in and to just drop it off as soon as I could which was about 8:30. After waiting for a call anxiously, I called them at 12 and 4 and no one had a chance to look at it and was once again promised that someone would take a look at it the next day (Friday 10/14) After calling them multiple times on Friday to see if someone had looked at it, I was told no one would have a chance to look at it today. My husband then called up there and he was told that if we didnt want to wait then we could come pick it up... like what.. We made arrangements for other transportation to borrow a vehicle for the weekend. We knew they were not open on the weekend so we patiently waited on Monday for a call and I finally called them on Monday (10/17) where I was told no one took a look at it again. Tuesday(10/18) my husband tried calling up there multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. I called this morning (10/19) where I asked them if it was better to just make an appointment instead so we could have an exact time to plan accordingly with our transportation. I was then told they actually would not be able to look at it until 10/26 a week from today WHAT. I would have been ok with them going ahead and telling me that from the very beginning rather than playing this guessing game and harassing them with phone calls. The lack of communication, customer service, and timeliness is non existent and I will be picking my vehicle up in the morning to take somewhere else. AJs will not be getting my business anymore in the future.

Really I didn't make it off there lot!! Battery was down and car still running hot..which is why I took it in..said they changed the oil...

I just dont care for any of the works. Then ive had to take 3 different cars to them and i was just not happy with the work! With that said i didnt complain like i should had.
