I gotta say: when you're broke down on the side of a windy, twisty road in a 37' long class A motorcoach with a 16' trailer on the back THESE are the guys you want coming to help! They went above and beyond to help us (on NYE, no less!), and were courteous, professional and skilled beyond compare! We hope we won't need to use their services again, but juuuust in case, we will be calling them if we ever need to! Thanks again guys, you're the best!

I will only use this company going forward!! They helped my daughter out with a tow a few weeks ago I just was delayed posting this review but the driver was also knowledgeable and actually told me how to fix the issue mind you it was as simple as a tire swap lol but these guys are great!!!! Drivers don't know how to use their mirrors or blinkers. You would think a freaking toddler was behind the wheel of the truck I was behind near Pyatt a few minutes ago since he did not seem to realize someone was behind him until he brakes down to 20 and started turning without a blinker. What geniuses these guys hire

Owner is a hot head he does not know arkansas towing laws whatsoever he released my vehicle to my father in law with no identification or any proof of ownership or permission for CASH as stated in arkansas towing & recovery board rules 1-18 a vehicle is only to be released to an owner or to someone with power of attorney over the registered owner. Also he called back after a heated conversation and stated he was reporting the vehicle stolen to the state police in order to (LET US EXPLAIN WHY MY FATHER INLAW HAD MY KEYS) which as a side note is because the car was not towed when I left it and I am sick unable to drive.

Smiths Towing and Recovery literally saved our lives! There just are not enough words to express our gratitude! Josh and Chris truly are a team! Talk prompt service! They got us to safety. Then safely got our truck out of a very dangerous situation using care and their remarkable skills! There a very few people left in this country that show care and concern as these 2 men did. Not very nice to try and run people over just because your in a tow truck! Then look even more professional at Casey's in Farmington holling and trying to start a fight all because you have road rage and think you own the road. Good, hope you have everything on camera also and it show the truck was within one dotted line in the road from my property. Awesome, way to drive with your name on side of truck!!! Would not feel safe with my family with them in the trucks or while I am drive down the road beside them with the way the two drivers was driving today!! Beware of crazy road raging drivers looking like they haven't been to sleep in days!! Get off the dope!!

You will not find another towing company with love and compassion as smith's towing they are by far the best around in northwest Arkansas i will forever recommend them to family and friends and will use them my self i used them for a elderly family in need and they came to their rescue they were stuck on the side of the interstate for 6 days no food no water no nothing and they were a blessing indescise thank you for everything may God be with you and your family i give you a thousand ⭐ s from my family to yours........Services: Special vehicle towing
