John at Wickes is the most unhelpful person we've ever dealt with through USPS. He's very rude and possesses an incredible lack of knowledge about the USPS. He has ZERO public relation skills and would be better suited in an industry that doesn't require PR skills or brain cells. Rude is an understatement for John.

They stop delivering my mail to my mail box when ask why they could not give me an answer. They have also told me that my mail was put in other people mail box. I have been nice to these people at both grannis and wicks post office but I have had all I can take with their poor service.
