My experience was a roller coaster. Initially, I brought my car in because it would not charge. They insisted that it was my radiator that caused the issue which would have cost me $1700. Once I paid everything they told me to come and get my car. It was ready upon picking up my car, the battery was completely dead. I was told that they never once charged my car, which was the reason why I brought it in, so why wouldn’t you test it to make sure that it is charging. The next day they charge the car then they told me I can come and pick the car up. I picked the car up and it was still doing the same thing. The next morning I took the car back to the shop and they found out that I just needed a new battery. They never tested the battery. I never once had issues with my radiator and never seen any issues of a leak. I feel as if I was cheated. My issue was very simple and they never tested the battery. Even after I told them that that was the reason I believe my car wouldn’t charge.

I was disappointed with the service received. I have an appointment at 8:30 that was scheduled 2 weeks prior and was told that it would take 30-45 minutes. I showed on time and at 9:30 I still see my truck sitting there in line to have install done. 10:30 comes around and I go to the service desk to say I am frustrated with how things are going. I was told they are working on it. So nearly 11:00 (mind you I had an 8:30 appointment) they finally tell me work is done and then the guy proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t on the schedule and there was only one guy there to do the work. Also he then proceeds to tell me that they will never do this kind of install again and I was the last person that this will be done and how much money they lost doing this service. Sorry but this is where I was sent when I purchased this truck bed cover and I paid extra to have it installed. So nearly 2 1/2 hrs. later after I was told it would take 30-45 min. I was given my key and then was told there it is. I wasn’t shown how things worked and no one was there to ask so I left in disappointment with this dealership.

Had a tire blow out not too far from your dealership Friday and stopped in at 4:15pm to have someone check the rest of our tires. Justin and Chris couldn't have been more helpful in getting us checked and ultimately new tires and back on the road at such a late time on a Friday and with no appointment. My daughter and I were so appreciative of their help getting us back on the road but most importantly safe. Thank you guys so much!!!

Everyone was wonderful!!! Zac Turner went out of his way to help me find a car to fit my budget. Even picked me up from Malvern so I could purchase my vehicle. Alex D. made sure I had all the coverage I needed so I’d be protected. Everyone was just wonderful! 10/10 experience! Good job team!

Amazing dealership. Super fast and great to work with. I drove 6 hours to buy and truck and they had me in and out within 30 mins and I was back on the road again. Was worth the drive 100%

Sold a vehicle with a bad engine. Took my down pmt 5,000 and says that's gone, 2700 in taxes, gone, 350 for sensors that Travis said I would have to get for the jeep to work right 300 for the key fob that never worked. I wonder how many more will they get before BBB shuts them down. I can't be the only one they did this to.

dropped off the car at noon expecting to receive a text when they were done preforming the oil change. never received text.after i got out of my car in the service bay i slipped on a puddle of fluid on the floor. When i came back a little after 2 i swear that same puddle was still there. have picture of puddle and willing to upload it.

Always get good and friendly service, but this time, since my daughter was only going to be home for the day, I had made an appointment for the service. That didn’t seem to matter ? Appointment was for 9:30 and we arrived a few minutes early only to still be waiting after 11 for her car to go in for a simple oil and lube ? Next time we will just go back to being there and waiting when the doors open instead of bothering with making an appointment ?

No communication was made to me on when the module part was available. I ran across the information online. I called the dealership to have the parts ordered. I was told by Justin that I would receive a call once the parts came in. That did not happen. I waited 2.5 weeks and then tried calling the dealership. After 3 days leaving voicemails and no one returned my call on the 4th day I finally was able to talk to Justin. He asked for me to come in the next day and they would work me in. Once I arrived, Justin informed me it would be about 3.5 hours wait. It took roughly 3 hrs. Heat and cool seat work as they should!

I'm giving them a three for now, because I dropped my car off Wednesday for diagnostic test and still haven't heard anything back, and today is Monday the following week, I have no other vehicles so this is very stressful. Justin is very nice but I wish he would speak to the tech, and get a move on it??♀️ ‼️
