Check the packages ordered through Walmart! Fedex delivered empty packages. ALL items I paid for through website was stolen out the packages, and empty boxes was delivered!!!! Walmart would not refund because although empty boxes was delivered ...its "Proof of Delivery."

Make sure to check dates on everything,nothing is ever rotated so alot of items are expired. Never,ever buy milk from here if you don't drink it within the first few days it will start to sour and will be curdled well before the expiration date. Trust me when i tell you this it is bad.

What a beautiful establishment. They have a very reasonable selection of meats but can be expensive sometimes depending on what's available in stock. Can get busy sometimes because this seems to be treated as the mall of Hernando. Other than that, it seems to be a typical walmart supercenter. I'll be back I guess

TERRIBLE SERVICE! the cashier left items out of my bag! I called back and was told to bring my receipt and I can retrieve the items. I returned and was told that security has to review the footage for strawberries, marinade a pineapple and Turkey bacon. like WTF! the Manager was supposed to call the next day, it never happened! So Walmart just TOOK SOMETHING!

This rating goes for most all the Walmart stores in the Memphis area. We have called multiple stores with similar results. The store in West Memphis was the last on the list so we chose to give the review to them. Called the store to find out if they had a particular item in stock (we had been to a store where an item was said to be in stock on the Walmart website to find out that the store did not have the item in stock). Apparently, their website and the inventory control systems do not communicate. After a number of attempts to call, someone finally answered. I asked if they had the item in stock. Put on hold. Person came back on and said no one in that department was answering the phone. Put back on hold. After a while, person came back and asked, "Is there anything else you need?" Me: Yes, I still need to find out if the item is in-stock that your website says is in stock. WM Employee: They won't answer the phone. Me: Is there a manager available? WM Employee: Manager is on vacation. Me: Is there an assistant manager? Anyone?? WM Employee puts me on hold... Eventually she comes back and says that they do not have the items in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks before they get more in (this is the word everyone has given us). So once again, the Walmart website and their inventory control system are disconnected. Bottom-line: It seems that Walmart EEs are coached to pass you along to someone else or to get to "no" as quickly as possible rather than be proactive and anticipate your needs. Maybe I am expecting too much.

Walmart Whitehaven Store #5196 has the worst customer service EVER. This is my second and last time I am dealing with this store. (adding the story) I was in the store 12/10/19 looking for an item that was supposed to be there,according to their website. Found it, paid for it online, at that moment, and they told me I had to wait until I got an email telling me to pick it up. I said, BUT I'M in the store now, can you just get someone to load it up for me (Gold Gym Exercise Bike). They said NO. I still have not gotten a text to come pick it up from 1:30pm this afternoon. #Ridiculous

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been too. Very rude people, also had people close the register as soon as I got up front, while I had been waiting in line for 10 min. This has happened 3 times. Horrible

This Walmart sucks rude employees if you buy an expensive item and it doesn't work you might as well go ahead and call corporate they're not compliant with the 90 day exchange/refund policy

I have been going here all my life,but today I might as well go to the Walmart in Marion, AR. I went here with my grandmother, and this lady had an attitude. My grandmother said hello how you doing, but the associate didn't respond. She then caught an attitude and said she doesn't play games, and will get the manager. My grandmother said go and I will tell them what you did, but the associate said that the manager was was related to her. I am never going here again!!!!!
