Just to be completely honest, this place is a dump. Most of the Petros which used to be nice truck stops are going down hill now days but this one is just horrible. Narrow spaces, trash everywhere, potholes in the lot and fuel island trashy and dirty. I park here on and off now because we got a contact to deliver in Memphis and I don't like getting up to early so I stop here. If it weren't for that, I'd never stop here it's just that bad. I don't know about the food cause I'm afraid to try it as dirt as the place is. The whole area that this place is in is just ran down and dirty. I think they are going to make the entire lot paid parking again. I guess we will see.

If you have time and not hungry it's OK to seat in this IHOP
Because people take like 90% in their phones ?customer can wait, or not?

Was told this location "doesnt have bathrooms" by an employee stocking shelves as i was trying to make my way to the bathrooms less than 20 feet away. Maybe they just tell people that so they dont have to clean and stock them.
Crazy how i spend tens of thousands of dollars a year at T/A Petro locations as do thousands of other drivers yet the company doesnt have enough money to maintain a bathroom.

Had a blow out and called at 9pm said someone would be at my location within 2 hours, I'm 14 minutes away ! Called at 2am no one shows up. I call wait over a hour for someone to answer then to tell me that technician won't come to my area because he feels Unsafe and yall couldn't tell me that the 1st time I called. Now it's 5am and no one is here and we paid from the start! Location I was at was the fill and go off of East Brooks Rd and Blues Hwy 61. The place is well lite had no issue's staying here other than loosing sleep to a road side service that says they will be here, no phone call yo update or anything!!!!! Not acceptable !

You’re better off eating from the fuel isle..... especially in the evening. The Iron Skillet restaurant food and the staff, is terrible. Attitude, cleanliness, and skills, are awful. Ladies in the fuel isle are always friendly, and the food is the deli is fresh.
The bathroooms in the main building are so disgusting. Fighting roaches while having to use the restroom is ridiculous

The parking lot is small, and the facilities, including the showers, restaurant, and fuel station, are poorly maintained, with some in disrepair. The cleanliness is substandard, and the staff demonstrate a lack of respect toward customers, with clear instances of disrespect toward OTR drivers, particularly those from abroad. This truck stop is in dire need of new management to implement significant improvements. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

This truck stop has the dirtiest restrooms in all of America. Pathetic. Unprofessional place. The health department should seriously pay this place a visit. No tissue in the toilet, dirty tissue paper everywhere, no latch on the door for privacy. Unsafe.

The shower today was a JOKE!
First off, there was only one towel and a wash rag in the shower room, i asked for a HAND towel and the porter handed me another was rag.
I tried to explain I needed a hand towel, but it was if we were speaking foreign languages to each other.
Then there was no trash can and the light in the shower stall was out....I told him about these and he just looked at me.
It was a very very negative experience!
NEVER AGAIN!!

Gates are being installed at the entrance and they will soon be charging for parking. I DO NOT PATRONIZE TRUCK STOPS THAT CHARGE US TO PARK! ladies restroom smells like sewage.

Be aware this petro truck stop is about to add a ticket booth with only 2 hours of free parking. Unless you get 50 gallons of gas or pay $20 to park
