I called this location several times last week to verify if they were open in the lobby for customers. No one ever picked up the phone. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. If I hadn’t drove 2 hours to do a wire transfer for a property closing, I would have left.

The worst financial institution I've ever had to deal with. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Customers shouldn't have to wait as long as they do. Let alone be refused service as your the last customer in line. They don't find our business necessary, I suppose. After today's experience, we'll be one less customer for them to juggle.Just down right horrible.

Worst bank ever DO NOT bank with these people their customer service is awful can’t speak to a bank branch manager because she is never in her office nor can you leave a message because for voice mail is full had my card compromise twice in less than 72 hours they promised to waive a fee to get it here faster and did not then sent me the same card number that got compromised to begin with I went a whole month almost without a debit card before I switched to Regions DO NOT recommend this bank especially if you are in west Memphis they are awful

The people who work at the bank are great. But they don’t have enough staff to meet the needs of their customers. I’ve been waiting on a return phone call for 6 days and when you call the 1-800 number it disconnects you. Terrible customer service caused by poor management decisions worrying about profits over people. Sad really used to be a great place to bank.
