Stay away they like to price gouge. Bought a tire from the Brinkley location two days prior. These fellas sell the same tire for 150 more. Provided them the receipt from the sister store they basically told me it was my problem. This store is a black eye for the brand. I may add I’m a big National customer for pilot flying j and southern tire mart average spend of 20k a month on my fleet

Finally had time to do this review which I was so disappointed, As a former Agm at this location I was so disappointed I sent one of my drivers in to get 2 tires mounted because I wasn’t around to do. He was tuned in waited almost1 1/2 hours in which I told him to leave, he sent me a video of a tech in the break room rolling weed which has been forwarded to upper management. Whoever runs the second shifts just blew my driver of when he told them what was going on. ??♂️??♂️ get it right.

I drive for Lyft and Uber and it's hard to find clean restrooms especially since the pandemic. Whenever I go there it's ALWAYS clean and the employees are friendly.

Long time customer. Service is going downhill. Stopped in for 4 drives and an oil change, asking about tire options got blown off. So I left. Guess I'll get my service elsewhere if southern tire doesn't want my companies business.
