Roy is a great mechanic and is very truthful. I appreciate the service he gave my son’s car. His prices were extremely reasonable and affordable. This auto center is the real deal.

If I could give more stars I would! Roy helped my husband so much! We had just put a new motor in with another mechanic, and it blew right away. I called this shop and it was 2 days before Christmas and Roy was booked solid and he managed to fit my husband in! Bad news, the motor was junk. He was honest, told us he wouldn’t just take our money and pretend to fix it. He let us know how to fix it as well if that’s what we wanted. My husband is down there for work, and had no where to leave his car for a week to try and make it home for Christmas. AGAIN Roy came to the rescue. He let us leave our car there without hesitation. Moral of the story, he didn’t try and swindle money out of us, he made it possible for my husband to make it home to family, and all around upstanding guy! 10/10 I would recommend, a hundred times over. Thank you Roy!

great place quality work. Roy does out standing work and the only guy that I let work on my stuff... even my brand new car I rather him work on it then take it to ford. warranty company is sketchy at best with roy I no its done right the first time

Traveling through West Memphis on our way to Ohio from Texas and my Honda Pilot started misfiring. Kountry fixed the issue and found that my car needed oil as well. Would highly recommend this place for your auto needs!! Reasonably priced and friendly.
